Use the RISE for Youth Candidate Application Submission below to complete your previous application and submit additional documentation such as the candidate application PDF form , and essay which can be either be in written or video format.
Essay prompt: In an essay of no more than 500-words or video submission of 1-2 minutes in length, tell us how RISE for Youth will help you achieve your goals and/or overcome any challenges that you have faced. Please also explain how you plan to use this program to impact positive change in your community and the lives of others. Please note that essay judging will be primarily based on content, and not grammar or structure.
Please note, if submitting by video, record yourself, and upload your video to YouTube. Select “unlisted“ in YouTube visibility field so that your privacy is maintained and only the people you share the video link with have access to your recording. Include the YouTube video link in the candidate application PDF form.
